This website is a resource to help advance the understanding of the virus, inform the public, and brief policymakers in order to guide a response, improve care, and save lives.
To help improve understanding of an emerging outbreak’s complex dynamics, Global Health Now has reached out to some of the world’s most respected global health experts for their quick “reality checks” on key issues related to the outbreak.
The New York Times COVID-19 dashboard displays a map of numbers of cases, deaths, and cases per 100,000 around the world. Another set of data shows case growth rates from January 22 to the present.
