These are messaging developed by Breakthrough ACTION South Sudan and approved by RCCE to be aired by the Radio Stations (Eye Radio/Media) to provide COVID-19 Vaccination information to the general public. The messaging developed into 5 languages (Arabic, Azande, Bari, English and Lotuko).
This is a flipchart that will be used by communities to discuss COVID-19 Transmission and prevention and to encourage taking the vaccine. The flipchart will be a virtual guide by showing the illustration to audience and keeping the text pages facing to guide the conversation.

Led by community members like CARE’s Health & Nutrition Coordinator Dr. Emmanuel Ojwang and CARE’s Health and Nutrition Manager Dr. Kawa Tong, South Sudan solicited investments in the South Sudanese healthcare system after those 132,000 life-saving doses went to waste in May. They quickly secured surge funding from CARE’s Fast & Fair Campaign, South Sudan’s Health Pool Fund, UNHCR, and UNICEF, and were able to change the story by the time the next round of doses arrived in July.
