Synthesized Guidance For COVID-19 Message Development

As information about COVID-19 is rapidly evolving, it can be challenging to navigate and synthesize all of the information. The purpose of this document is to provide a synthesized, indexed reference of accurate, standardized COVID-19 information from trustworthy sources. Information is presented in simple, clear language to support the development of messages and materials needed for social and behavior change interventions.

This resource facilitates easy access to recommendations from the World Health Organization, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other trusted sources with source links and is organized into 6 parts based on broad audience categories. This is a “living document” updated regularly so please check it frequently online as opposed to downloading a version of the document, given expected changes in guidance over time.

*Note: The French version of the Synthesized Guide is a week behind the English version and will be updated soon.

*La version française des directives synthétisées a une semaine de retard sur la version anglaise et sera mise à jour prochainement.

This brief aid was designed to help effectively navigate Breakthrough ACTION’s Synthesized Guidance for COVID-19 Message Development and provides screenshot tutorials to maximize the speed at which you can find the information you need regarding COVID-19.
