No entanto, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e9-existentes na \u00c1frica impedem a capacidade de observar a higiene das m\u00e3os, o distanciamento social e o bloqueio.<\/p>\n<p>A conformidade com o distanciamento social e a lavagem das m\u00e3os \u00e9 um desafio na \u00c1frica devido ao mau planejamento urbano em comunidades densamente povoadas, inseguran\u00e7a alimentar, escassez de \u00e1gua, infraestrutura de sa\u00fade inadequada, desemprego e falta de financiamento.
